Job Details:
Purpose

The purpose of this position is to provide strategic and operational oversight of NISOD�??s membership and partnership programs

Responsibilities

Manage comprehensive programs for membership and partnership recruitment and retention programs.

Maintain integrity of membership and partnership databases.

Analyze membership data, including retention and attrition rates and identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Analyze partnership data, including retention and attrition rates and identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Oversight of the annual renewal letters, billing, and invoicing processes for membership and partnership dues.

Collaborate with Publications and Communications Manager to ensure all member and partner marketing communications are current, accurate, and effective.

Collaborate with the Manager of Education Programming to ensure attractive engagement opportunities are available for members and partners during conferences, webinars, and other events.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor�??s degree.

Minimum five years sales experience or equivalent related training.

Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management.

Outgoing and highly charismatic personality.

Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work at a fast pace with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Superior written, presentation, and oral communications and interpersonal skills.

Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum three years of experience in a professional society or trade association in a membership or sales role.

Three years of experience working in a community college.

Bachelor�??s degree in marketing, finance, business administration.

Salary Range

$55,000+ depending on qualifications

Working Conditions

Will work with and around standard office conditions.

Repetitive use of keyboard at a workstation.

Employment Eligibility:

Retirement Plan Eligibility:
The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
